Sie dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Der Download ist kostenfrei, erfordert&nbsp; aber die Eingabe eines Passwortes. Dieses erhalten Sie von mir auf Anfrage \u00fcber das Kontaktformular.<br>Sie ist gedacht f\u00fcr Teilnehmer meiner Yogastunden, die diese Form der Anleitung schon einmal miterlebt&nbsp; haben und die f\u00fcr Zuhause eine Anleitung brauchen, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Sie wird durch einen dreifachen Gong begonnen und durch drei Gongs beendet. Wer l\u00e4nger und danach noch in Stille sitzen m\u00f6chte, sollte sich zu Beginn eine Meditationsuhr einstellen. Ich empfehle dazu die App <strong>ZazenMeditationTimer<\/strong>, die kostenlos im GooglePlayStore auf jedes Android-Handy heruntergeladen werden kann.
